We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a brand new extra scheme care home. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements while leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Duties
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that all residents receive exceptional care and support.
* Develop, implement, and review individual care plans for residents, tailored to their specific needs.
