Job Summary
Salford Care Organisation are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to provide effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to a team of Admin and Clerical Staff.
The role will involve the co-ordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services requiring clear communication and liaison skills. They will be responsible for managing and prioritising their own workload and will be required to use their own initiative.
You will have responsibility for line managing any lower band clerical staff assigned to you, including Administrator staff and will be required to work as part of a team. In addition to this, the post holder will be expected to cross cover for the Adult Community Services during staff absences.

Qualifications Essential
* 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) incl. Maths & English
* Business Administration, RSA 2/NVQ 3 or equivalent in administration, office management or can demonstrate relevant experience.
Desirable
* Project support experience in a project/programme environment, preferably within the NHS

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent keyboard skills.
