Key Responsibilities of a PCB Technician: Work within the PCB Assembly Team, ensuring high-quality production of PCB assemblies using both through-hole and surface-mount techniques. Perform rework, repairs, and modifications to meet stringent quality standards. Operate and program SMT machinery (Europlacer preferred). Maintain high-quality hand soldering and ensure compliance with ESD prevention standards. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.What We’re Looking For Essential Skills and Experience: Previous experience in PCB assembly, including through-hole and SMT soldering. Familiarity with SMT programming, preferably on Europlacer machines. Ability to interpret and understand PCB components and reworking techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Desirable: IPC or J-STD certification is highly advantageous.Personal Attributes: A positive, "can-do" attitude with a collaborative mindset. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
