Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including its challenges, trends, and best practices (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence key decision-makers effectively. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive contract closures. Job Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential recruiter customers aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) within the recruitment industry. Engage with potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and online platforms to generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and challenges. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our recruiter marketplace and its benefits. Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments and evaluating their suitability. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase platform features and advantages. Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
