Position Overview: A new position to the organisation, we are looking for a highly experienced individual who can plan, co-ordinate and prioritise service jobs, focus on delivering a seamless and efficient service whilst maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Scheduling, timely completion and excellent customer service skills are all key to this role with efficient delivery of services to our customers providing operational efficiency, and service quality. You will manage the service delivery process, ensuring that services are provided on time, within budget and in line with customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and allocate service jobs for field engineers, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal downtime Liaise with customers to arrange service visits, including planned servicing, breakdowns and training, to understand their requirements and provide updates on job progress. Monitor job status, track work progress, and manage workload distribution effectively. Maintain accurate records of service jobs, including customer details, job descriptions, and completion reports. Coordinate spare parts and equipment required for service jobs. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment). Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with engineers, customers, and internal teams. Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
