To improve the patient/client experience and standards of care and services, at a senior level in line with the corporate nursing, midwifery and AHP Strategy, Trust values and behaviours. As an integral member of the corporate nursing team, provide support to implement and monitor progress on delivery of strategic objectives to ensure the provision of high quality, patient and family centred services. The lead will provide professional and/or clinical advice and actively contribute to innovative solutions to quality improvement. The lead will support the executive chief nurse in the delivery of quality improvement work streams and continuous improvements in standards of patient care and experience. They will be responsible for leading improvement work streams and projects across the Trust both responding to and contributing to informing the local and national policy agenda on quality improvement contributing to the overall patient experience. They will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and relevant departments internal and external to the Trust to ensure the delivery of responsive individualised patient care developing and supporting staff. Work with the Executive Chief Nurse to develop a corporate Patient Experience Strategy and be responsible for its implementation, monitoring and evaluation across the Trust Drive improved patient experience across all services and evidence this by the analysis of national and local patient surveys, ensuring engagement with stakeholder and patient groups
