Salary £40-70k DOE
Annual performance related bonus
Annual leave 28 days plus bank holidays increasing to 29 days after 5 years service and 30 days after 10.

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Cost Manager for an established consultancy. Our client has a network of 6 offices and this is your change to join their Leicester office.
Our client has a busy project pipeline with numerous secured schemes with repeat clients and this opportunity represents the structured and planned growth of the business, offering a unique role for the successful professional to join an office with a healthy pipeline of work,
The majority of the work will be new build industrial and logistics (small ammount of refurbishment)
We are currently looking for Cost Managers / Quantity Surveyors Project level to Senior level.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed cost estimates and analysis for construction projects within leisure, residential, and industrial sectors.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and client requirements.
Collaborate with procurement teams to secure tender pricing.
Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project costs.
Liaise with clients to understand their budgetary constraints and provide cost-effective solutions.
Monitor project expenditures and provide regular reports on financial performance, including the agreement of final accounts.
Lead and mentor junior cost management professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in cost management within industrial or residential (new build or refurbishment industrial)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Excel and Cost-X.
Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable but not essential.
