Job summary We are seeking an experienced paediatric Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) to take a lead on a clinical pathway related to an area of specialism they hold, as well as hold a caseload which is responsive to areas of need within the community of West Cornwall. They will be proactive in reviewing and maintaining their named clinical pathway, and will ensure the wider SaLT service are confidently applying it to their own caseloads. The post holder will offer clinical supervision and/or line management across the service, as well as face to face second opinions. The post holder will work with the area team lead to establish their highly specialist community caseload and provide assessment and/or intervention to their caseload.
