As an Assistant Manager, you will have a background in retail and be able to prioritise a changing workload. You will work alongside the shop manager to manage staff and volunteers, drive sales to achieve targets and assist in recruitment, training, cash management and managing volunteer's daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
1. Maintaining high levels of standards within the store.
2. Sorting donations, pricing and displaying products.
3. Cash handling, and banking.
4. Managing volunteers and daily tasks.
Essential requirements:
• Retail Supervisory Experience, including management of staff.
• Experience working to budgets, KPI’s and cash management.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise own workload, time management and deadlines.
