Construction Disputes Lawyer – Principal Associate | International Law Firm | Birmingham My client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Disputes Lawyer to join their highly respected Birmingham team at Principal Associate level. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a senior role within a firm known for handling some of the most significant and complex disputes in the market. You’ll be advising major national and international clients – including governments, public bodies, and multinational contractors – on large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. The work is intellectually stimulating, commercially focused, and rarely “business as usual”. From early strategic advice through to full-blown adjudication, litigation, and arbitration, this team is right at the cutting edge. What they’re looking for:
* 7+ years’ PQE in contentious construction (or a strong mix of contentious and non-contentious)
* Deep technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* A confident leader, capable of managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers
* Someone driven to contribute to business development and long-term team strategy
