Join our dynamic team at Caring Together Charity as our Care Contracts Co-ordinator for Cambridgeshire. and this is exactly what
you will be doing. The Care Contracts Co-ordinator helps shape the support for unpaid carers in our community at the most critical
of times by ensuring those they care for are looked after even when they might not be in a position to do it themselves. You'll
manage key contracts, ensuring the delivery of essential services to carers and their families. Your role will be pivotal in
ensuring carers get the support they need, when they really need it.
Responsibilities include overseeing contract management of our hospital contracts amongst others, leading a team of Rapid
Responders, and maintaining high-quality service delivery while adhering to KPIs and budget requirements.. You'll also play a
crucial role in staff development, compliance, and safeguarding.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with strong care management experience.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential. You will also need to be comfortable and confident in attending
and speaking at meetings with service providers across Cambridgeshire.
