Your role will involve overseeing all marketing initiatives to ensure they align with organisational goals and deliver tangible results.Key Responsibilities:Developing and executing campaigns to attract and retain members.Managing content creation across digital and offline channels.Supporting event promotion to boost attendance.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Leading social media and email marketing initiatives for maximum impact.Monitoring campaign performance and refining strategies based on analytics.Mentoring and managing the Marketing & Communications Officer.About You:We’re seeking a candidate with experience managing complex marketing campaigns, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to drive audience growth.
