Our Client is a market leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of pumps, pumping systems, and bespoke pump projects. They are a dynamic and growing company based in Hull, known for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Projects/Operations team.
Job Description: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects. Working closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders, you will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules. Manage and monitor project health and safety protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Track project progress and provide regular updates to project managers. Coordinate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minute-taking. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records. Produce Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for completed projects. Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for projects. Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders. Handle administrative tasks related to project management, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulationsRequirements:
Proven experience in a project coordinator or similar role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent customer service abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
