Regional Compliance Training Officer Location: Remote, (required to travel across UK and Ireland) Reporting to: Regional Training Compliance Manager This role involves supporting the training team to ensure that all staff across the business are fully compliant with their required training. You will be responsible for maintaining high training standards, recording, actioning, and re-checking any corrective actions identified. The position requires travel throughout the UK, as you will need to be on-site to review training files and conduct audits. Therefore, unrestricted travel is essential for this role. Comprehensive training will be provided Responsibilities In addition to the duties of an RCO, this role encompasses the following responsibilities: Conduct training inspections to ensure compliance, covering all stations across the UK & Ireland. Accurately document findings and outcomes to facilitate report generation and initiate corrective actions. Provide clear and consistent summary data to the project lead to ensure goals, deadlines, and targets are met. Assist with file creation, printing, sorting, and system updates to address findings. This may involve using the LMS, Intelex, Teams folders, Excel documents, and other tools. Travel unrestrictedly across the UK & Ireland, as all stations are within the scope of this survey. Thoroughly learn Swissport corporate training materials and stay updated on new policies and procedures. Collaborate closely with the training team to offer support and assistance. Conduct inspections and surveys with a high standard of integrity. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent working relationships. Well-developed organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT skills, including Excel, Teams, web-based applications, and more. Keen attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and towards achieving goals and targets. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong administrative capabilities
