Competitive What you’ll be doing: Assisting with the management of Training Courses andmanage the training course reservelist Liaisingwith Delegates to create and monitor invites and ensure that alldelegates are securitycleared Gathering and archiving attendance information andrecording course completion as well as coursefeedback Generating Data for training forecasting anddistributing Course Completion Certificates and ReadingMaterial Migrating ‘Nuclear Skills’ and/or ‘Skills for Nuclear’Training Records into capabilitytoolsets Assistthe Project Leader to conduct audits, spot checks and correlationexercises on the capability toolset and related/ interconnectedpeople tools Your skills andexperiences: Essential: CIPD or Learning &Development qualification (or equivalent knowledge orexperience) Experience with Project Management Desirable: Exposure to a trainingenvironment Exposure to Engineering Benefits: You’llreceive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhancedannual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share IncentivePlan.
