The Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and administrative support. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
2. Scheduling appointments and managing diaries.
3. Providing product information and guiding customers through the purchase process.
4. Handling administrative tasks, including updating customer records and processing orders.
5. Coordinating with the warehouse and fitting teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
6. Supporting the team with other general office tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills (experience with Xero or similar software is a plus).
5. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
6. A background in flooring or a similar industry is desirable but not essential.

1. Ivybridge PL21 9RL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
