Job Description Assystem Energy & Infrastructure are recruiting for a Office Administrator to work at our customers site in Glasgow on a contract basis. We currently have an excellent opportunity to provide 13 months of maternity leave cover for the role of Office Administrator at our customers brand-new Glasgow office. Role details: Job title: Office Administrator Contract length: 13 months Location: Glasgow Contract type: PAYE via Umbrella solution Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reception duties including being ‘Front of house’, managing visitor access, local HSE and security inductions and car parking. HSE and Security responsibilities including raising, processing and resolving issues, communicating key updates, conducting audits and liaising with the key points of contact based at the main Derby site. Administrative support to the onsite Engineering teams and related teams based at the main Derby site. This could include raising purchase orders, assisting with IT account and equipment requests, maintaining stock control of consumable items such as stationery and PPE, maintaining both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information, assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation, support to events and away days General administrative support such as meeting room management and coordinating the maintenance of office equipment. Liaise with the Technical Administration team in Derby to ensure processes are adhered too.
