Develop, lead and motivate their direct reports in line with Spirit values and leadership behaviours. Play a lead role in supporting our cultural transformation within the management team in alignment with business priorities. Manage the KPI metrics under Performance, Safety, Quality, Productivity, People and Cost thus driving the journey for the team. Take responsibility for employee engagement activities such as Annual Performance Reviews and associated training and development plans. Assign labour to support programme requirements. ESSENTIAL: Possess a minimum of an HNC in an engineering or business-related discipline OR Possess an NVQ Level III in Supervisory Management or hold a recognised certificate/diploma in management related degree AND Have a minimum of 3 years experience at a leadership, supervisory or management level within an operations, functional or engineering environment or 3 years experience leading projects or function/operational initiatives.
