Enabling developers to work quickly and effectively with Arm technology matters greatly to us! We do this by working with experts inside and outside the business to build and curate a growing range of learning content for professional developers, available at learn.arm.com among other channels.
We are seeking a Manager for Developer Learning to join our outstanding team of engineers, developers, educationalists and academics. You will lead the development and curation of technical content plans that deliver the support application developers need to do their best work on Arm.
Responsibilities:
* Work with experts across Arm, our partners and developer communities to develop roadmaps of technical content, which anticipate and solve developers’ problems, driving adoption and consumption of Arm and Arm-based technologies.
* Ensure plans reflect the real, validated needs of our partner organisations and various communities of developers.
* Deliver on content roadmaps, working with people inside and outside Arm, such as expert authors, Arm partner relationship managers and publishers.
* Support wider efforts to build and maintain a diverse network of contributors/authors drawn from across Arm, our partners and developer communities, who share our mission of enabling developers to do their best work on Arm.
* Federate related efforts across the organisation to ensure an outstanding user experience for developers working with and on Arm.
* Communicate and advocate for your work across teams at Arm and beyond, collaborating closely with colleagues across a variety of levels within the organisation.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Degree-level knowledge and skills in a Computer Science/Engineering (or related) subject.
* Experience managing the development of educational and training content in computing.
* Experience working effectively within a highly technical and multi-disciplinary context, drawing on expertise from different sources.
* Mediation, communication and presentation skills.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
* Software/computer engineering experience in a professional context e.g. cloud-based software engineering, embedded software development.
* Experience working with communities of developers.
* Technical expertise across a range of Arm technologies.
