About the role
Creative Strategy
* Own the entire creative process - from ideation to execution, ensuring we are producing quality creative at scale
* Develop high-impact ad creatives based on real data from our Meta Ads account.
* Study competitors and identify trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
* Craft powerful messaging that resonates with our audience and drives action.
* Work closely with videographers and creative agency to organise shoot days and brief iterations
* Maintain a high-performing creative library to streamline modular creative production.
Data-Driven Decision Making
* Identify top performing concepts and manage the production of variations and iterations to scale them
* Use AI tools to enhance creative ideation, ad copy, and hooks.
* Work closely with editors, UGC creators, and the growth team to refine and optimise assets.
Experience required
* 4+ years' experience managing UGC production for a D2C brand
* Proven track record managing ad creative for brands spending £100k+/month on Paid Social.
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing.
* Ability to manage projects and collaborate with editors, designers, and content creators.
The ideal candidate
* A data-led creative: you love coming up with fresh creative ideas that are fuelled by a range of insights: what’s working in the account, customer insights, other band inspiration
* Meta obsessive: you stay up-to-date with latest media buying trends and ensure that our media buying strategy is in line with latest best practice
* D2C background: you have experience scaling meta in the D2C space. Subscription businesses are a bonus!
* Naturally curious: both about your own development and the way that we do things. If you spot something that doesn’t look right, your instinct is to dive in and understand why things are they way they are
* Diligent: you appreciate the importance of good process and constantly work to improve upon existing systems in a way that ensures high quality and consistent outputs
