Role Overview:
We’re searching for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to handle client communications, manage enquiries, and convert leads into sales. You’ll also assist with project management, ensuring that tasks are on track and deadlines are met. This is a part-time role, with the opportunity to grow as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in person, providing detailed product information.
* Prepare accurate, detailed quotations and proactively manage enquiries to convert leads into sales.
* Assist in managing ongoing projects, ensuring timelines are followed and tasks are completed efficiently.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering a positive experience at every touchpoint.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, maintaining a positive attitude.
* Stay up-to-date with product updates and company news to provide accurate information.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and orders in our CRM.
* Update reports and spreadsheets to ensure orders and projects are on track.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
* Experience with project management, including coordinating tasks and tracking deadlines.
* Quick learner with the ability to retain extensive product knowledge.
* Proficient in using computer systems, particularly Excel.
* Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
