Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for an Outbound Call Center Agent to join their team.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to educate them on our sports betting and gaming services.
Responsibilities:
* Contact existing customers in order to reactivate their accounts.
* Promote special offers and tailor-made campaigns based on their preferences.
* Develop strong customer relationships and enhance engagement.
* Implement customer retention strategies to increase business loyalty.
* Collaborating with CRM team and other departments to ensure high-level campaign results.
* Drive new customer acquisition through the conversion of leads into deposits.
* Build relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
* Manage customer complaints and escalate as necessary.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Contribute to team effort by achieving individual and team targets.
Requirements:
* Experience in outbound calling or sales provides a distinct advantage.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* An interest in sports and gaming is preferred.
