We are actively recruiting qualified clinicians to join a team of experienced Functional Assessors, to support with Work Capability Assessments (WCA). These assessments will see you evaluating and assessing how claimants’ illnesses or disabilities affects their personal life, pertaining specifically to work. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a blend of file-based and face-to-face/telephone assessments for customers seeking various benefits, delivering comprehensive reports to the DWP. Review medical evidence in written or electronic formats during file-based assessments to ascertain the need for face-to-face/telephone evaluations. Utilise IT software applications to aid clinical decision-making during both file-based assessments and examinations. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering constructive relationships with clinical peers and administrative support personnel.
