Oxclose Community Academy is seeking a Head of History to lead our thriving department and inspire students to engage with the past in a meaningful way. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, shaping the curriculum and developing innovative teaching strategies that bring history to life.

This position is suitable for a history teacher aspiring to become a head of department or an existing head of department looking to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership skills, a passion for teaching history, and be an outstanding practitioner committed to the highest standards of teaching and learning.
