As an Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and developing team members
2. Implementing and managing procedures, ensuring the team follows procedures at all times
3. Ensuring the team meets the clients' deadlines and requirements
4. Reporting to and communicating with partners
5. Managing allocated accounts
6. Processing corporation tax and returns
The ideal candidate will be:
1. ACCA/ACA qualified
2. Experienced working in a UK practice
3. Previous management experience
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise workload
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Confident in learning new IT packages with strong Excel skills
