What you will learn: Talent attraction - creating adverts, blogs, social media content, pod casts, mailshots, targeted campaigns Pro-actively sourcing and headhunting candidates Managing the candidate recruitment process, interview facilitation, visa applications, mobilization Candidate assessment and interview techniques Candidate management, assess candidate skills and needs to match them with the correct vacancies Why work at Leap29?
