Role and Responsibilities:
As an Aftersales Manager, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading your departments in a clear, considered, and appropriate manner, in line with the Groups Vision, and building an accountable and progressive business unit.
2. Meet key performance indicators and targets for the service and parts departments.
3. Look for opportunities to increase efficiency of the Aftersales operation and increase recovery rates.
4. Take actions to sustain, retain and enhance levels of customer satisfaction, whilst sustaining profitability.
5. Work with team to develop understanding and implementation of customer focussed environment, setting clear objectives/targets.
6. Respond promptly to any customer complaints and ensure timely and correct resolution.
7. Liaise with external companies to ensure good working relationships are developed.
8. Maintain rigorous control of Department costs, stock and budget.
9. Ensure warranty procedures are followed correctly to ensure prompt recovery of monies due.
10. Recruit, coach and appraise team to ensure they are operating to full potential.
