Here’s the standard bit: You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering, and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for the quality of your teaching and related curriculum development that meets learner needs, whilst assessing learners' progress in college or on work experience and devising assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets.
What you’ll need: Enthusiasm, resilience, and a high level of motivation, coupled with Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications to at least Level 2. You must have a Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent). A Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education/ PGCE/Bachelor of Education or the requirement to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment and evidence of current Continuous Professional Development. Relevant assessment qualifications – IQA/A1/V1 are desirable.

Salary: £31,729 to £43,736 (Pro-rata £25,383 to £34,988)
