My client works with a range of customers across the public sector, private sector and third sector. Our telemarketing experience is broad including surveys, lead generation, awareness raising, appointment setting, database building and more.
Job Specification
As Telemarketing Executive, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part-time or full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working on behalf of our clients, the candidate will be responsible for:
1. Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments.
2. Generating leads and updating company information.
3. Completing telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.
Progression Prospects:
The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
* Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign).
* Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD, and Marketing Director.
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice.
* Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated.
* Work well within a team and as an individual.
* Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull.
