Your Role – Bringing Creativity To Life
As a Creative Engagement Partner, you will:
* Support the development of creative lifestyle programs that promote social, emotional, and intellectual well-being.
* Partner with service managers, creative facilitators, and volunteers to ensure high-quality program delivery.
* Deliver training and guidance to staff on best practices in creative engagement.
* Monitor and evaluate program success, identifying areas for improvement.
* Facilitate arts, music, theatre, or other creative activities directly with clients when required.
* Develop resources and training materials to enhance program effectiveness.
* Ensure consistency and alignment with industry best practices and emerging research.
Your role will enhance the lives of aged care residents through meaningful creative engagement.
What You Bring To The Team
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Teaching, Arts, Creative Industries, or a related field.
* Experience facilitating creative programs in areas such as visual arts, music, or theatre.
* Strong project management and leadership skills to drive program success.
* Excellent communication and training skills to support staff and volunteers.
* A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience in a health or service-oriented industry.
