Where I’d work: Bradford / Hybrid Working (Typically in the office at Bradford 1 x day per week)
Work type: Temporary role for 12 x months. Working full time, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm.

We provide essential water and wastewater services to every corner of the Yorkshire region, ensuring clean and safe drinking water and proper wastewater management. We look after communities, protect the environment, and plan to look after Yorkshire’s water, today and tomorrow.
Where you fit in?
As an Internal Communications Advisor, you'll be managing the end-to-end communications and engagement planning for critical company projects. You'll work alongside our Internal Communications team to build robust plans, manage delivery of company-wide campaigns, engage with suppliers and partners, and organize colleague engagement events. You'll act as a key link between programme stakeholders and colleagues delivering critical services.
Some of the key role responsibilities include:
* Tell stories that engage our people, aligning our vision and behaviours with operational demands.
* Lead on opportunities for improving our channels in terms of content and delivery.
* Provide strategic internal communications support on large-scale change programmes.
* Improve understanding of our people and company culture through effective planning.
* Support the delivery of activities and projects within the change and transformation space.
* Put our colleagues at the heart of our communications content.
What skills & qualifications are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have a proven background in internal communications and experience in managing internal communications plans and strategies. You should be able to create engaging content, understand audience needs, and be knowledgeable in digital trends. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities are essential.
