Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our pharmacy team at Southport & Ormskirk sites. The role involves developing medicines management practices, stock control, and working within a modernised pharmacy setting at Ormskirk & District Hospital.
Job Responsibilities
* Participate in stock receipt, storage, and rotation.
* Assist in ward topping-up services and stock ordering using the EMIS Pharmacy system.
* Maintain accurate stock records, check expiry dates, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
* Support pharmacy operations, including liaising with staff and handling queries.
* Participate in training, audits, and service development activities.
