Our client based in Sunderland are looking for an HR Advisor to start ASAP. This is a very demanding role which covers a range of HR Activities. As a member of our Human Resources Advice function, you will support the HR Business Partners with the provision of general HR advice to managers and employees on routine HR Issues, HR Polcies and procedures and terms and conditions of service. You will be required to take an active role in supporting casework across the company, eg, investigations, grievance, and capability, ensuring accurate records are maintained. A key focus area is attendance management, and you will support managers at review meetings taking a proactive role to reduce absence to help achieve company targets.
