Job Description
We are seeking a project manager to lead the implementation of the Adobe Workfront marketing resource management (MRM) tool. This role is critical in ensuring that our workflows, processes, and technology align to maximize efficiency and future scalability. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep expertise in MRM best practices, and the ability to challenge existing norms and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end rebuild of the Adobe Workfront MRM tool, ensuring it aligns with business needs and future scalability.
2. Assess current workflows, processes, and configurations, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing and IT to define requirements and success metrics.
4. Ensure that our marketing analytics teams can obtain meaningful data from the tools to manage capacity, measure effectiveness of initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.
5. Challenge existing practices and recommend best-in-class solutions to optimize MRM efficiency.
6. Drive the implementation of new structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities within Adobe Workfront.
7. Ensure adoption of best practices and train key users on enhancements and new functionality.
8. Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in Marketing Resource Management (MRM), with expertise in Adobe Workfront.
2. Strong project management skills, including experience leading large-scale implementations or system rebuilds.
3. Ability to challenge existing processes and drive change while balancing business needs.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focused mindset on scalability and optimization.
5. Excellent communication and change management skills.
