Role: Site Maintenance Officer
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Your Role
* To operate a planned system of general maintenance and repairs.
* To ensure the smooth running of all plant machinery and equipment, including safety and state of repair.
* To carry out decorating and re-decorating as applicable.
* To ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that all approaches to the Home are accessible, neat, tidy and clear of any hazards. To cut grass and hedges as required.
* To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the Health and Safety of self, colleagues, residents and visitors to the Home.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Related role qualification preferred.
* Experience in site and facilities management.
* Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
* Full clean driving license; enhanced DBS to be completed prior to start (essential).
