Your responsibilities as Digital Advertising Manager will include:
* Lead Digital Advertising Efforts: Oversee campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (PPC, ad network, YouTube), and TikTok.
* Campaign Optimisation: Conduct weekly reviews with Product Managers to assess viability, improve optimisation and suggest next steps.
* Innovative Testing: Develop and implement test and learn programs with product managers, experimenting with new creatives, campaign types, and channels.
* Testing and Optimising: Customer journeys, reporting on deliverables, adjusting strategies, managing costs, and maximising ROI.
* Utilising data and analytics to guide content, campaigns, and creative outputs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Competitor Analysis: Review and report on competitor activity, using insights to enhance our campaigns.
* Account Management: Establish and maintain relationships with advertising networks.
* Training and Development: Provide best-practice digital advertising training and maintain a “how-to” handbook.
Knowledge and skills required as Digital Advertising Manager:
* Minimum 3 years in a digital marketing role.
* Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in Paid Social, PPC, SEO, CRO, Digital PR, and Email Marketing.
* Inquisitive Mind: Always questioning and exploring new possibilities.
* Excellent Communicator: Thrives in an active role, involving multiple stakeholders, with the ability to influence people.
