We are seeking a Temporary Group Financial Accountant to support an organisation whilst they go through their year end and some significant organisation changes.

My client has a nationwide presence with one of their larger offices located in Solihull
Description
* Preparation of the statutory accounts
* Liaising with the auditors
* Driving the year end
* Creation of the financial statements
* Consolidation of the group accounts
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
* Perform financial analysis and forecasting.
* Assist with audits and taxes.
* Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
* Provide financial advice and guidance to the company's managers and executives.
* Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
Profile
A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:
* Qualified accountant
* Strong technical finance skills
* Previous consolidation experience and exposure to FRS 101 and 102
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Advanced understanding of financial principles and regulations.
Job Offer
* Six month interim role
* £350 - 450 a day
