We provide services to the events industry across mass, major and outdoor events. Our services include end-to-end delivery and everything in-between, from research to resource.

In recent years we have grown our team specialising in branding and wayfinding and are proud to be working alongside the likes of Formula 1, London Marathon, Pride in London and Silverstone Circuit to enhance their visitor and participant experience, through meticulous planning and flawless execution.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Project Manager (could be a senior role for the right person) to join our team, managing our clients and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
The Role
Project Delivery
· Taking full responsibility of project delivery of branding & wayfinding projects
· Developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with clients
· Working within client timelines to deliver projects to the highest standards
· Ensuring project deliverables are met
· Recognising problems before they occur and creating solutions
· Setting, monitoring, managing and reconciling project budgets
· Management of artwork and asset creation, sign off and production alongside Production Manager
· Building close relationships with artworkers and suppliers
· Management/oversight of onsite delivery and live event production
Processes
· Developing process & procedures to ensure the successful delivery of all branding & wayfinding projects
· Design and creation of documentation to be used across all branding & wayfinding projects, and where appropriate, training team members on the use of said documents
· Sharing learnings and providing key input into quality control across branding & wayfinding projects, ensuring key processes and documentation are being implemented to the expected level of quality from event to event
· Streamlining delivery of branding & wayfinding projects alongside each other, to result in improved ways of working, communication across teams and financial efficiency
· Improving profitability across branding & wayfinding events
Resource management
· Providing leadership and direction to drive and grow the team
· Management of staffing needs across branding & wayfinding projects
· Key input into branding & wayfinding team training needs
· Active recruitment of temporary event staff and freelance resource to support the internal team throughout the year
· Key input into staffing logistics and staff welfare across branding & wayfinding projects
· Line management of existing Project Coordinator and their development
New Business
· Creation of new business decks and presenting to potential clients
· Identifying growth opportunities with existing clients
· Increasing success at proposal stage across branding & wayfinding including:
· Developing and maintaining a framework for responding to branding & wayfinding new business enquiries
· Actively seeking new business opportunities, engaging with the industry, attending relevant events and opportunities
About you
· 5+ years working in large-scale event delivery including 3+ years in branding, activation or experiential
· Experience managing complex budgets £300,000+
· Experience working with multiple clients at the same time on projects with lots of moving parts
· Ability to manage and develop a team as a strong, positive, proactive leader
· Experience using mapping software such as OnePlan, Iventis, Google Maps, CAD (desirable)
· Experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc. (desirable)
· Experience managing print suppliers, and a working knowledge of print materials and processes
· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
· A proven ability to drive new business
· A pragmatic approach, and a can-do attitude
· Unrivalled attention to detail
· Passionate about working in a team, and not afraid to get stuck in
· Experience using Project Management software (i.e. Asana)
· Full clean driving license
· Happy to travel internationally for up to three weeks at a time
The basics
Reporting to: Projects Lead
Start date: ASAP
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm with flexibility when working from the UK
Location: Hybrid working, with your main base at our office in central London (Old Street)
The Package
· From £45,000 per annum
· 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
