Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a reputable, scaling business based in Lisburn. Operating on a global scale, our client has scaled successfully and continues to grow organically and strategically.
This is a newly created role that will work closely with the MD and senior management team, providing essential business support and contributing to the smooth running of a busy office.
Your responsibilities will involve:
1. Ever-changing diary management.
2. Meeting coordination – booking meeting rooms, ensuring the rooms are set up, organising remote/online meetings, refreshments.
3. Cross-pollinating with the marketing and events team in relation to the organisation of global events.
4. Creating itineraries.
5. Managing national and international travel arrangements for the senior management team – hotels, flights and transfers.
6. Screening phone calls/emails and inbox management.
7. Taking minutes in meetings.
Experience required:
1. Proven experience as a PA/EA
2. Exceptional organisational skills
3. Competency with MS Suite
4. Meticulous attention to detail
5. Confident communicator
6. Solution-oriented approach
7. Ability to handle confidential information
