The must haves for this role: Previous knowledge and experience of working in an office and/or customer care environment. Experience in secretarial/administrative work, undertaking a full range of administrative duties. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, to be able to work unsupervised and on your own initiative, in addition to being able to manage your own workload. Intermediate keyboard skills and the ability to use IT packages such as Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel, and experience of using software packages.
