The Pinterest Academy team is scaling its first-ever in-person workshop series to advertising agencies in priority markets around the world. We are looking for a Partner Education Trainer to facilitate these workshops in EMEA, NA, and APAC, and to support delivery of our global webinar program. As a Partner Education Trainer, you will partner with the Pinterest Global Agency and Global Sales team to deliver high-touch learning experiences and upskill top agencies and clients on the Pinterest advertising suite of products. You will also have the opportunity to influence the workshop curriculum using historical insights and data, as well as partner with our operations team to identify additional ways to scale the program to new markets and potentially new audiences. The ideal candidate has excellent public speaking/facilitation skills, loves to travel, has experience working with the Pinterest ads platform, and has a passion for learning and education. What you’ll do: Deliver Pinterest Academy in-person workshop curriculum to top media agencies around the world and support delivery of our global advertiser webinars Work closely with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure engagement and grow in our education programs among our key advertiser cohorts, particularly media agencies Partner closely with the Global Agency, Global Sales and product marketing teams to identify learning gaps and influence content development that addresses company and advertiser priorities Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning experiences and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices Travel is required at least 50% of the time What we are looking for: 5 years of experience in delivering engaging educational in-person and virtual workshops or learning experiences Experience with the Pinterest advertising platform suite of products and solutions Excellent project management skills to keep complex, simultaneous workstreams on track across global teams from beginning to end Adept at working cross-functionally across a variety of disciplines Strong written and verbal presentation skills to influence XFN partners Ability to pivot, problem solve in real time and drive operational excellence Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus In-Office Requirement Statement: We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration approximately 1-2 times month and needs to be in a commutable distance from our London office.
