In this role, you will manage and deliver the Tesco Clubcard CRM programme which delivers a positive customer experience and drives long-term loyalty.
You will be responsible for
1. Managing and delivering campaigns to the defined Tesco Clubcard CRM strategy and to support delivery of the Customer team objectives.
2. Executing and operating campaigns successfully and effectively.
3. Delivering a test and learn programme to gain knowledge and insight to continuously improve the CRM programs.
4. Measuring the effectiveness of each campaign and the long-term loyalty effect.
5. Forecasting, optimising and tracking the investment across the Tesco Clubcard CRM campaigns.
6. Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the Tesco Clubcard CRM programme.
7. Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
