3. Generate reports on compensation metrics and benefits utilisation for management review
4. Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
5. Present data findings and solutions proposed to senior leadership team
6. Work with HR team across this diverse project with effective communication
7. Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel skills required
