The project:
Newport docks, involving various projects such as demolition, construction of new units, resurfacing (both tarmac & concrete), and associated works including piling and drainage, energy performance schemes, and new HV transformer schemes.
Overseeing the projects from appraisal definition to substantial completion.

You’ll need to have:
* Proven experience in project management of small to medium sized projects.
* Developed communication, presentation, and project planning skills.
* Budgetary oversight expertise.
* Advanced proficiency in stakeholder communication and collaboration.
* Understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in managing internal budgets and fees.
* Understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
* Relevant technical qualification/certification for project portfolio.
* Technical expertise in health and safety regulations.
* Knowledge of consultancy, construction, infrastructure, and property sectors.

You’ll also have:
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent.

* Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations.
