With six thriving businesses under one roof, they’re seeking a confident and experienced Finance Team Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations and help drive continued growth. What you’ll be doing: Managing finances across six businesses—including deferred revenue, invoicing, and payroll prep Producing clear bank and investment reports (inc. interest/savings breakdowns) Creating and tracking sales reports and department KPIs Overseeing all company bank accounts and liaising with external accountants Leading a small finance team (1 x Accounts Assistant, 1 x Junior Accounts Assistant) Supporting CEOs and MD with financial planning and analysis What we’re looking for: 5 years’ experience in accounts or finance Confident using Sage software Strong understanding of deferred revenue and bank account management Experience preparing reports and analysing financial data A self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills No formal qualifications needed—experience and attitude matter most Why apply A supportive, high-energy team environment Opportunity to grow with the business and shape the finance function Social culture with regular team events and strong internal collaboration Ready to step into a career-defining role with huge growth potential?
