The Role As the firm’s industrial disease department continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Paralegal to assist with a caseload involving Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, Short Tail claims, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss files. Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have experience supporting disease cases, including reviewing and drafting documents, and possess a solid understanding of the litigation process. You will engage in complex cases, investigating quantum and liability while reviewing relevant records.
