About the Role
Horizon Care and Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Kent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them to build confidence and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Support young people in their daily routines, including morning preparations and evening relaxation.
* Encourage and facilitate hobbies, social activities, and friendships, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our young people.
* Develop and maintain relationships with young people, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
* Participate in reflective practice and contribute to the development of person-centered care plans.
