Field Installation Technician
£27-30k + Overtime paid door to door (£7-10k)
40 hour/week contract

Job Overview:
As an Installation Technician, you will lead the installation of our products in both Agricultural and Industrial sectors. Your role will involve overseeing installations, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction, and providing training to team members and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the installation of products, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Direct and supervise the installation team or third-party labor on-site.
* Maintain strong communication with customers to keep them informed about progress.
* Assist in training our network of dealers and distributors on product installation and use.
* Contribute to R&D projects, providing practical feedback on new developments.
* Complete job-related paperwork, including timesheets, site diaries, and completion certificates.
* Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed during installations.
* Keep company vans organized and roadworthy.
Applicant Profile:
* Proven mechanical fitting experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
* Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Comfort working at height using powered access equipment and static towers up to 8 metres.
* Up-to-date IPAF, PASMA, and CSCS cards are a plus (training provided if needed).
* Willingness to travel throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe, with 85% of travel being Monday to Friday staying away home.
* Full UK driving license and valid passport for international travel.
