A reputable brand is expanding its bustling sales team and is looking for a Sales Administrator to take ownership of order processing and offer exceptional support to the Sales Account Managers. Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with an hour for lunch Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 Free onsite parking Employee wellbeing scheme Pension scheme Overtime Discretionary bonus Sales Administrator Responsibilities: Take ownership of all sales administration tasks, ensuring they are completed to a high standard Handle incoming calls, supporting customers with all queries related to their orders and products within agreed timescales Raising quotations for customers Create reports for the site team and management Process orders and ensure order volume is in line with daily capacity Contact suppliers to check stock and delivery timescales Liaise with customers to make them aware of shortages or delays Keep all internal and external departments updated on order processing to ensure workflow is not affected Sales Administrator Skills and Experience: Strong administration skills, with previous experience gained in a sales environment Has a history of processing orders and inputting order details to the CRM Computer literate, with particularly good Microsoft Excel skills for reporting purposes Commercially minded with good numerical and data skills Keen eye for detail with the ability to maintain data and accurately process orders Works on own initiative and works well in fast-paced, dynamic environments
