We are seeking to appoint a reliable and student friendly Cover Supervisor to support our wider school environment, supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 during short-term absences of the assigned class teacher.
The candidate will have experience in delivering pre-planned set work, with a clear understanding of the tasks to be delivered within the classroom. The candidate will have behaviour management experience with an expectation of managing students’ behaviour at all times in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
Experience of working within a school setting, including the relevant Health & Safety requirements is desirable, though training will be provided.
